Training for La Cuesta

Your Coach - Sarah Ter Har

Sarah has been running for more than 33 years and coaching trail, road and ultra runners through Ridge Running Co. for five. She holds UESCA certifications in ultra running and endurance sports nutrition, and is a certified Menopausal Athlete Coach.

“I’ve seen All We Do Is Run races from every angle: running Santa Barbara Nine Trails and Back on the Ranch, volunteering at aid stations, and pacing runners through their toughest miles at the Born To Run Ultra Extravaganza. What stands out every time is how much Luis and his team care about every runner who shows up. Partnering with them on La Cuesta means I get to help you show up strong, too.”
